BOOK YOUR PLAYTIME
***you must book a spot for every person in your party, INCLUDING ADULTS, in order for us to accurately track and limit the number of people in the museum***
We are excited to welcome families back into the Museum, and we are thankful for your loyalty over the past months! Now that we are reopening our doors, we want to make sure that everyone plays safely and has fun, so let's practice patience and respect while playing at the Museum.
To create a Museum that is as safe as possible for everyone who visits, we have created new hours, rules, cleaning protocols and operating procedures. Even our booking software is different. As we reopen our doors, we will make changes and adjustment as needed, so please be patient with us!
Here is what you need to know:
Playtimes lasting 2 hours each will be available Tuesdays-Saturdays and must be booked in advance
Please book a spot for every person over the age of 12 months
Pricing: $5 for each person over the age of 12 months, including parents, caregivers, grandparents, older siblings, etc.
Please allow other families a chance to book their playtime by only booking on one day every week.
You can book your playtime at the bottom of this page. The whole payment will be due at the time of booking.
At this point, we cannot accommodate walk-ins. If you find yourself near the Museum and would like to visit, please still book here first!
The Museum is reopening at limited capacity so everyone can play safely. No more than 14 visitors and one staff member will be in the Museum gallery at any given time.
All Museum visitors over 24 months-old will be required to wear face coverings that effectively cover both nose and mouth. There are no exceptions - we want to keep everyone as safe as possible!
Forgot your mask? We have extras and would be happy to provide you with one!
Please respect social distancing practices to ensure that your household or small bubble is maintaining 6 feet of distance from other households.
While you visit the Museum, we will be cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched areas. Between two hour visit, we will be deep cleaning the entire Museum, so that all exhibits and toys are clean and ready for you! We are using TB-CIDE QUAT Cleaner & Disinfectant and Microban 24 Sanitizing Spray. Both effectively kill the virus that causes COVID-19.
Everyone who visits the Museum, will be asked to fill out a Liability Waiver. You can take a look at it ahead of your visit by clicking here (but you'll get a copy when you arrive at the Museum)

While we are eager to reactivate memberships, we will first be working through procedure adjustments to eventually welcome more than 14 visitors at a time. Right now, members would not receive access adequate to what memberships granted upon purchase. Members may purchase tickets for a reserved slot at the discounted rate of $5 per person. The plan is to reactive memberships on March 13, 2021, exactly one year from our initial closing date. This would mean that the year of memberships' expiration dates will be adjusted to reflect the gap. For example, if your membership was due to expire on November 6, 2020, it would now expire on November 6, 2021. We will reissue new membership cards with accurate dates when the time comes.
We want to reiterate that this is our plan, but that our plans are flexible and are subject to change.
